Formerly, BAE was an Agronomy study programme that was established in 1982. BAE is a combination of the three study programmes: the Agronomy, the Soil Science, and the Plant Pest and Diseases study programmes. Currently, BAE has been <strong>accredited A since 2017 by BAN-PT (as stated in the Decree Number 4115\/SK\/BAN-PT\/Akred\/S\/X\/2017 on 31\/10\/2017)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>BAE aims to produce graduates who master the science and technology of sustainable crop production to support Indonesia&#8217;s food security. BAE graduates are designed to become: (1) Doers in the agricultural sector who are able to apply science and technology in the field of plant cultivation in tropical areas sustainably; (2) Managers who are able to plan and implement the effective and productive crop production systems; (3) Entrepreneurs who are able to innovate in applying science and technology on plant cultivation in business; (4) Researchers who are able to identify, analyze and generate solutions to the problems of crop cultivation systems in tropical areas appropriately; (5) Educators who are able to transfer knowledge and technology on the plant cultivation to the community in tropical areas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>History Bachelor in Agroecotechnology (BAE) was established on March 18th, 2010 based on the Decree of Dirjen DIKTI of the Ministry of Education of Republic of Indonesia Number 294\/D\/T\/2010.
