The Agroecotechnology Student Association (HIMAGROTEK) officially opened its 2024 Organizational Management Training (PMO) on Saturday, November 2, 2024. The opening ceremony took place at the Shared Lecture Building 1 and was attended by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs of the Faculty of Agriculture, Dr. Hesti Pujiawati, S.P., M.Si.; the Head of the Crop Cultivation Department, Prof. Dr. Ir. Reny Herawati, MP.; the Head of the Agroecotechnology Study Program Ir. Eko Suprijono, MP.; and a HIMAGROTEK Advisor, Dr. Ir. Sumardi, M.P.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s PMO also welcomed representatives from other student associations (HIMA) within the Faculty of Agriculture. Participants included enthusiastic new students of the Agroecotechnology Study Program.<\/p>\n

With the theme “Moderation in Organizational Management and Leadership Regeneration of HIMAGROTEK FP KBM UNIB 2024”<\/em>, the event aims to enhance participants\u2019 understanding of organizational management, leadership, and to foster a sense of unity among HIMAGROTEK members.<\/p>\n

The training will take place over two days, from November 2 to 3, 2024, featuring various sessions and discussions designed to develop participants\u2019 skills in managing organizations and becoming competent leaders.<\/p>\n

Through this PMO, HIMAGROTEK hopes to nurture outstanding cadres who actively contribute to organizational development and positively impact the academic community of the Faculty of Agriculture, The University of Bengkulu.<\/p>\n\n\n
