This activity is part of the <strong data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"841\">Community Service Program (PPM)<\/strong> that supports the <strong data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"894\">Tri Dharma of Higher Education<\/strong>, particularly in the field of community empowerment and innovation.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"969\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1040\">Strengthening Collaboration between Universities and Local MSMEs<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1379\">The <strong data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1074\">PPM Universitas Bengkulu<\/strong> team began its mentoring program in <strong data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1124\">July 2025<\/strong>, with activities scheduled to continue until <strong data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1187\">November 2025<\/strong>. The initiative aims to build sustainable collaboration and knowledge sharing between the university and local MSMEs, especially in agricultural product innovation and business development.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1384\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1386\" data-end=\"1434\">Diversifying Oyster Mushroom-Based Products<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1914\">The program focuses on the <strong data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1520\">diversification of oyster mushroom processed products<\/strong> produced by PT Saefis Maharasa. The company, led by <strong data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1596\">Ade Mahaputra, S.E.<\/strong>, is well known for its flagship product line, <em data-start=\"1643\" data-end=\"1652\">D\u2019Jamur<\/em>, which includes mushroom chips in popular flavors such as <strong data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1723\">original<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1749\">balado (spicy chili)<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1751\" data-end=\"1763\">barbecue<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1784\">extra spicy<\/strong>. These healthy snacks are widely enjoyed by young consumers and tourists, making them one of <strong data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"1911\">Bengkulu\u2019s signature products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1916\" data-end=\"2300\">Through this collaboration, the <strong data-start=\"1948\" data-end=\"1983\">University of Bengkulu PPM team<\/strong> introduced innovative mushroom-based products such as <strong data-start=\"2038\" data-end=\"2065\">oyster mushroom dim sum<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2100\">oyster mushroom fish cakes<\/strong>, utilizing Bengkulu\u2019s abundant local mushroom resources. The goal is to enhance product variety, support business competitiveness, and promote sustainable oyster mushroom cultivation in the region.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2302\" data-end=\"2305\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2344\">Academic and Student Involvement<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"2346\" data-end=\"2768\">The community service team is led by <strong data-start=\"2383\" data-end=\"2421\">Prof. Dr. Ir. Catur Herison, M.Sc.<\/strong>, and supported by members <strong data-start=\"2448\" data-end=\"2484\">Prof. Dr. Ir.
