Bengkulu, November 11, 2025<\/strong> \u2014 The Agroecotechnology Study Program<\/strong>, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu, is fully prepared to take part in the upcoming National Student Creativity Program (PKM)<\/strong> organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology (DIKTI). This readiness was strengthened through participation in the PKM Proposal Writing Training<\/strong> organized by the UPA PKK UNIB<\/strong> at the UNIB Auditorium.<\/p>\n

The annual event, held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025<\/strong>, featured Dr. Lina Miftahul Jannah, S.Sos., M.Si.<\/strong>, a National PKM Reviewer<\/strong> and lecturer at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia, as the main speaker. The session was officially opened by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Alumni, Prof. Agustin Zarkarni, S.P., M.Si., Ph.D.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Enthusiastic Participation from Students and Lecturers<\/h2>\n

This year\u2019s training attracted not only undergraduate students from various faculties but also lecturers who serve as PKM mentors. Participants showed high enthusiasm throughout the session, which lasted nearly four hours.
The Agroecotechnology Study Program<\/strong> actively participated by sending several lecturers and students as representatives, demonstrating the program\u2019s commitment to fostering creativity, research skills, and innovation among its students.<\/p>\n

Comprehensive Guidance on Writing Successful PKM Proposals<\/h2>\n

During the session, Dr. Lina Miftahul Jannah provided in-depth insights into the types of PKM programs<\/strong>, changes in PKM guidelines over the years<\/strong>, and selection stages<\/strong> that students must pay attention to when preparing their proposals. She also shared practical tips and strategies to help participants succeed in obtaining PKM funding<\/strong> and qualify for the National Student Scientific Week (PIMNAS)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Her experience as a seasoned PKM reviewer proved invaluable, especially for young lecturers<\/strong> who are mentoring students for the first time in national-level competitions. The participants actively engaged in discussions, making the atmosphere dynamic and inspiring.<\/p>\n

\u201cPKM is not only about competition\u2014it\u2019s about building research culture, collaboration, and creativity among students,\u201d said Dr. Lina during the session.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Commitment to Developing Creative and Innovative Students<\/h2>\n

Through this activity, the Agroecotechnology Study Program<\/strong> aims to strengthen the research capacity and innovation mindset of its students while preparing them to compete nationally. The program also aligns with UNIB\u2019s broader mission to cultivate graduates who are creative, adaptive, and ready to contribute to sustainable agricultural development.<\/p>\n
