The event was organized by the <strong data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"687\">Agroecotechnology Student Association (HIMAGROTEK)<\/strong> as the main committee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"714\" data-end=\"934\">The PMO is an annual agenda designed to introduce new students to the academic environment, the scope of Agroecotechnology as a scientific field, and the various student organizations under the faculty and study program.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"939\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"941\" data-end=\"962\">Opening Ceremony<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"1397\">The <strong data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"998\">Agroecotechnology PMO 2025<\/strong> officially began on <strong data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1047\">Friday, 22 November 2025<\/strong>, at the Faculty of Agriculture Auditorium. The event was opened by <strong data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1140\">Dr. Ir. Sumardi, M.P.<\/strong>, representing the Head of the Department of Crop Production (BDP). In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of mental and academic preparedness as new students begin their university journey and face the challenges of modern agricultural development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1645\"><strong data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1434\">Ela Hasri Windari, S.Si., M.Sc.<\/strong>, representing the HIMAGROTEK Advisory Board, also delivered a speech encouraging students to actively engage in organizations, build connections, and strengthen soft skills essential for their future careers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1895\">Additionally, <strong data-start=\"1661\" data-end=\"1673\">Rio Asri<\/strong> (President of HIMAGROTEK) and <strong data-start=\"1704\" data-end=\"1719\">Ahmad Rizky<\/strong> (PMO Committee Chair) highlighted that PMO serves as an early platform for character-building, discipline, and teamwork among new students as they transition into campus life.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1897\" data-end=\"1900\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"1921\">PMO Activities<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1923\" data-end=\"2080\">Over two days, students participated in a series of interactive sessions designed to support their academic transition and personal development, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2082\" data-end=\"2791\">\n<li data-start=\"2082\" data-end=\"2303\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2303\"><strong data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2136\">Introduction to the Study Program and Curriculum<\/strong><br data-start=\"2136\" data-end=\"2139\" \/>New students received an overview of the curriculum structure, laboratory facilities, and opportunities for research and community service in Agroecotechnology.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2305\" data-end=\"2463\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2463\"><strong data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2355\">Leadership and Personal Development Sessions<\/strong><br data-start=\"2355\" data-end=\"2358\" \/>Participants learned essential skills such as effective communication, time management, and teamwork.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2465\" data-end=\"2623\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"2467\" data-end=\"2623\"><strong data-start=\"2467\" data-end=\"2508\">Introduction to Student Organizations<\/strong><br data-start=\"2508\" data-end=\"2511\" \/>HIMAGROTEK presented its organizational structure, work programs, and opportunities for student involvement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2625\" data-end=\"2791\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"2627\" data-end=\"2791\"><strong data-start=\"2627\" data-end=\"2674\">Team-Building Games and Outbound Activities<\/strong><br data-start=\"2674\" data-end=\"2677\" \/>Outdoor activities were conducted to strengthen collaboration, solidarity, and camaraderie among participants.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"2796\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2798\" data-end=\"2836\">High Enthusiasm from Participants<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"2838\" data-end=\"3095\">This year\u2019s PMO was attended by the <strong data-start=\"2874\" data-end=\"2919\">2025 cohort of Agroecotechnology students<\/strong>, who showed strong enthusiasm throughout the program. Many expressed that they gained valuable insights and experiences that helped them adapt to the university environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"3097\" data-end=\"3411\">PMO Committee Chair <strong data-start=\"3117\" data-end=\"3132\">Ahmad Rizky<\/strong> acknowledged that the success of the event was the result of excellent teamwork among committee members, as well as support from the Study Program and Faculty. He hopes PMO will serve as a strong foundation for new students to grow, develop, and excel during their time at UNIB.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3413\" data-end=\"3416\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3418\" data-end=\"3438\">Closing Session<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"3440\" data-end=\"3597\">The PMO officially concluded on <strong data-start=\"3472\" data-end=\"3502\">Saturday, 23 November 2025<\/strong>, with a reflection session and group photo involving all participants and committee members.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"3599\" data-end=\"3869\">With the successful implementation of the <strong data-start=\"3641\" data-end=\"3671\">Agroecotechnology PMO 2025<\/strong>, it is expected that new students will be better prepared to navigate their academic journey and actively contribute to student activities within the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
