Marniza, M.Sc.<br \/>Companion Advisor: Ika Gusriani, S.TP, MP.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Runner up<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Shinta Anggraini<\/strong><br \/>with thesis title: The Effect of Sugar Concentration and Fermentation Time on the Physical, Chemical, and Organoleptic Characteristics of Cascara Kombucha<\/p>\n<p>Main Advisor: Ir. Hasanuddin, M.Sc.<br \/>Companion Advisor: Drs. Laili Susanti, M.Sc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Competition activities were carried out on June 15 2023 which was carried out online via zoom. While the announcement of the winner was announced on June 19 2023 during the 102nd Period of the Faculty of Agriculture Yudisium.
