Yudisum participants from the Agricultural Industry Technology Study Program, Department of Agricultural Technology, won a victory in the Yudisium of the Faculty of Agriculture Thesis Competition for the 105th Period of 2024 by bringing the 2nd runner-up.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

The winners of the thesis competition from the Agricultural Industry Technology Study Program are:<\/p>\n

with thesis title: <\/strong>The Effect of Substitution of Wheat Flour with Pedada Fruit Flour (Sonneratia caseolaris<\/em>) on the Physical, Chemical, and Organoleptic Characteristics of Sweet Bread<\/p>\n

The competition will be held on February 24, 2024, which will be held online via zoom. Meanwhile, the announcement of the winners was announced on February 27, 2024 at the 105th Yudisium of the Faculty of Agriculture.
