Marniza, M.Si and Ika Gusriani, S.T.P., MP. In its implementation, the understanding of kombucha and the process of making kombucha from coffee skins was conveyed by Ir. Marniza, M.Si. While explaining the benefits and manufacturing process, Ir. Marniza, M.Si also showed kombucha products that have been completed.
