The winner of the thesis competition from the Agricultural Industrial Technology Study Program is:<\/p>\n

with the title of thesis:<\/strong> Physicochemical and Organoleptic Characteristics of Tomato Sauce (Solanum lycopersicum) With Torch Ginger (Etlingera elatior) Substitution<\/p>\n

The competition was held on April 10, 2025 which was held in the meeting room of the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture. Meanwhile, the announcement of the winners was announced on April 11, 2025 at the 109th Yudisium of the Faculty of Agriculture.<\/p>\n\n
