The entrepreneurial spirit of the younger generation is growing in Bengkulu. This can be seen from the implementation of the Entrepreneurship Technical Guidance (BIMTEK) held by the Bengkulu Provincial Youth and Sports Office (DISPORA) at the Bengkulu Province Health Training UPTD Hall (BAPELKES) on Monday, September 15, 2025.<\/p>\n

The activity, which lasted a full day, from 08.00 to 16.00 WIB, was attended by 50 participants from Bengkulu scout and youth members, most of whom already have independent businesses. Interestingly, almost half of the total participants were students and alumni of the Department of Agricultural Technology at the University of Bengkulu who showed high enthusiasm to develop entrepreneurial potential.<\/p>\n\n\n

In this BIMTEK, participants are provided with knowledge from three main materials on entrepreneurship presented by experienced practitioners. One of them is Pasmai Denta, S.TP., AWP., an alumnus of the Department of Agricultural Technology, who is now successful as the Founder of CV. Mago Prima Perkasa, MSME Mentor, as well as Financial Planner. Pasmai shared his experience of building a business from scratch to growing, as well as motivating participants to dare to start a business with careful planning.<\/p>\n

In addition to practical knowledge, participants also received direct benefits in the form of assistance in the management of business licenses and halal certification, which is an important added value in running a business in an era of global competition.<\/p>\n

This activity took place full of enthusiasm from start to finish. The participants not only absorbed knowledge, but also actively discussed and built networks with fellow young business actors. It is hoped that through activities like this, more creative and resilient young entrepreneurs will be born from Bengkulu, especially from students and alumni of the Department of Agricultural Technology at the University of Bengkulu.<\/p>\n\n\n
