Secara fungsional, peralatan yang tersedia digunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran, praktikum, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui berbagai tahapan kerja, meliputi pengamatan, identifikasi, isolasi, sterilisasi, kultivasi, analisis, pengukuran, serta penyimpanan bahan dan sampel. Ragam peralatan tersebut mendukung pengembangan bidang keilmuan utama di Program Studi Proteksi Tanaman, termasuk entomologi, fitopatologi, nematologi, pengendalian hayati, dan molekuler. Ketersediaan dan keberfungsian peralatan ini sebagai bentuk\u00a0 komitmen program studi dalam menyediakan lingkungan akademik yang mendukung implementasi kurikulum, penguatan pembelajaran berbasis
