Bengkulu, May 22, 2024<\/span><\/em>\u00a0\u2013 On Wednesday, May 22, 2024, the “Socialization of the 2024 FP KBM UNIB Governor and Deputy Governor Candidacy” event occurred. This event was organized by the Election Commission of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu (KPU FP UNIB). It was held in the Meeting Room on the 3rd Floor of the FP UNIB Dean’s Office.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event, which commenced at 1:00 PM WIB, was attended by the Associate Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Hesti Pujiwati, who actively participated in this socialization activity. Her presence represented full support from the dean’s office for the democratic process currently ongoing among the students of the Faculty of Agriculture.<\/span><\/p>\n

In her remarks, Dr. Hesti Pujiwati emphasized the importance of student involvement in the campus democratic process. She stressed that the election of the Student Governor and Deputy Governor is not merely a competition but also a means to develop leadership skills and enhance student participation in organizational activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

“I hope this event runs smoothly and democratically. This is an important moment for all of us to elect leaders who can bring positive changes to the student of the Faculty of Agriculture,” said Dr. Hesti Pujiwati in her speech.<\/span><\/p>\n

The socialization aimed to provide information on the stages of candidacy, candidate criteria, and the rules and procedures of the election.<\/span>\u00a0It also served as a platform for potential candidates to introduce themselves and present their visions and missions to the FP UNIB students.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the socialization session, attending students had the opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with the KPU KBM FP UNIB. This interaction was expected to enhance the transparency and accountability of the election process, ensuring that the elected candidates genuinely represented the students’ aspirations.<\/span><\/p>\n

The socialization event continued into the afternoon and concluded with a closing statement from the chair of the KPU FP UNIB, who expressed gratitude to all participants and supporters.<\/span><\/p>\n

With the conclusion of this socialization event, the next stage is the registration process for the candidates for Governor and Deputy Governor of FP KBM UNIB 2024, which is expected to proceed smoothly and according to the established regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n
