    Primary Roles and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Selected trainees will:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Participate in an intensive training program to master the palm oil industry’s operational and managerial aspects.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Be immersed in field-based operations across plantations to gain comprehensive insights into sustainable oil palm cultivation.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Engage actively in site-based projects to deepen understanding of productivity, efficiency, and organizational dynamics.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Undergo continuous leadership development as future operational leaders.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Deliver analytical reports and strategic insights based on field observations and assigned projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Eligibility Criteria:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Educational Background:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Bachelor’s Degree (D4\/S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Relevant Fields of Study:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • MT \u2013 Plantation:<\/span><\/strong> Agrotechnology, Agronomy, Plantation Agribusiness, Soil Science, Plant Protection, Oil Palm Cultivation, Plantation Management, Agricultural Production, Agricultural Industry.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • MT \u2013 Engineering:<\/span><\/strong> Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Road and Bridge Construction Management.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • MT \u2013 Mill:<\/span><\/strong> Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Product Processing, Food Engineering.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • MT \u2013 Administration:<\/span><\/strong> Accounting, Agribusiness Management.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Experience:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Recent graduates (maximum age: 25 years).<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Prior organizational or leadership experience is highly advantageous.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
