A survey is conducted every semester to get an overview of the assistance and services of the study programme. The instruments assessed by the students included five criteria: tangible, empathy, assurance, responsiveness, and reliability. The survey is related to student satisfaction towards the study programme services, and the results show that students have very good (50.1%) perceptions and good perceptions (46.9%). This shows that in general, the study programme has provided very good services to students in those five criteria. In the future, the study programme will maintain and improve services for the MNR students.
