Inauguration of the General Chair of the Environmental Science Study Program Student Association (HIMAPSIL)

Bengkulu—On Tuesday, January 20, 2026, the inauguration of the Chairmen of the Student Associations and Student Activity Units throughout the Faculty of Agriculture took place in the Dean’s Meeting Room of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu. This event was part of the leadership regeneration process of student organizations in the Faculty of Agriculture.

During the event, Rosyid Ridho Dinejad Arifin was officially inaugurated as Chairmen of HIMAPSIL FP KBM UNIB by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Ir. Suharyanto, S.Pt., M.Si. This inauguration marked the beginning of the new HIMAPSIL leadership period, with the hope that the organization would be managed more professionally, actively, and oriented towards developing the quality of Environmental Science students.

In addition to the inauguration of the HIMAPSIL Chairmen, the inauguration of other student organization leaders was also held on the same occasion. Environmental Science student Sigit Adhi Purnama was inaugurated as the General Chair of the Muslim Generation Club (MGC), and Mella Ayu Diantika was inaugurated as the Head of the MEDIKA Student Activity Unit. The inauguration ceremony was officially officiated by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Mr. Suharyanto.

With these inaugurations, it is hoped that HIMAPSIL can play a more active role as a forum for aspirations, developing potential, and enhancing the capacity of Environmental Science students, as well as making tangible contributions to the Study Program, the Faculty of Agriculture, and the University of Bengkulu.
