Enhancing Enthusiasm in Writing PKM and Essay, Department of Agricultural Technology and Agricultural Industry Technology Student Association Hold PKM and Essay Writing Seminars

On Sunday, May 21 2023, the PKM and Essay Writing Seminar was held by the Department of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu, together with the Agricultural Industrial Technology Student Association in the Seminar Room, Department of Agricultural Technology. This activity was attended by students from the Agricultural Industrial Technology Study Program from various generations.

The activity began with remarks from the chief executive of the activity, namely Tiara Diah Oktama and was opened directly by the Head of the Department of Agricultural Technology, Drs. Syafnil, M.Sc. Seminar activities with the theme “Arousing Young Engineer Enthusiasm to Create Creative, Innovative, and Solutive Ideas in PKM and Essay Writing” present speakers who are experts in the field of writing, namely Iman Darmatama, ST, CPSP., CODP., CPRW., CBPA., CSEM as Owner ID Home, was once a mentor of the 1000 Student Creativity Program at the University of Bengkulu, and is often a judge in national-level essay competitions.

The first agenda of the Seminar is material from Faith Darmatama about Essay. The presenters conveyed the understanding, differences, how to write to how to make essays for competitions so they could become champions. After the presenter delivered the material, it was followed by questions and answers and discussion.

The next agenda is the delivery of material from the speakers about the Student Creativity Program or often known as PKM. The speaker conveyed the meaning of PKM, the advantages of participating in it, the differences in each field of PKM, the flow and how to make PKM, to how to make a good PKM so that it can pass funding. The enthusiasm of the participants was very great, when the question and answer session and discussion took place after the presentation of the material, many participants asked questions and asked for advice in making PKM proposals.

Furthermore, after the material session is over. The practice of making proposals for submission of entrepreneurship grant proposals was carried out. Participants are guided and directed directly by Iman Darmatama as a seminar speaker in finding ideas and writing good and correct proposals.

The Seminar activity was closed by handing over the charter to the speaker Iman Darmatama and a photo session with the PKM and Essay Writing Seminar participants.
