Training on Improving the Processing of Avocado Products in Sumber Bening Village, Rejang Lebong

On Saturday, September 21, 2024, community service activities were carried out in the form of socialization and training in Sumber Bening Village, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. This activity was attended by village officials and also village communities who are members of the Forest Conservation Women’s Cooperative or KPPL Sejahtera and KPPL Sumber Jaya.

The Community Service on the improvement of processed products from avocados was chaired by Ulfah Anis, S.T.P., M.Sc. with team members, namely Dr. Yazid Ismi Intara, S.P., M.Si. and Wica Elvina, S.T.P., M.Si. 

In the activity carried out, Ulfah Anis, S.T.P., M.Sc. delivered material on how and how to improve processed avocado products. After that, the practice of processing avocado products was carried out. The participants of the activity paid attention and participated in the activity enthusiastically, there were several participants who participated in the processing.
