Agricultural Technology Lecturer Conducts Counseling and Training on Making Kombucha Coffee at Dangau Datuk Bengkulu Agribusiness Vocational School

Community service activities will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at SMK Agribusiness Dangau Datuk Bengkulu.  The practice of making coffee kombucha is carried out at SMK Agribusiness Dangau Datuk Bengkulu in Air Sebakul Kota Bengkulu.

The implementation team for this community service activity is a lecturer in Agricultural Technology. This service team has various experiences in the fields of education, research, and service. In this activity, the team was also assisted by students from the Agricultural Industry Technology Study Program.

This community service activity begins with counseling activities on the nutritional content and other components of kombucha in order to support processed product variants that can be developed as a business by the target audience.  The activity continued with training on making coffee kombucha. The implementation of this service activity will be adjusted to the willingness of the target audience at least 3 meetings to be held. The implementation of activities will be evaluated as material for improvement in the next activity.  Evaluation is also carried out to determine the level of interest of the target audience in the implementation of activities.
