
Curriculum Evaluation Workshop of the Agroecotechnology Study Program Based on Permendikbudristek No. 53 of 2023
The Agroecotechnology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, The University of Bengkulu, held a Curriculum Evaluation Workshop on Tuesday, September 26, 2024, at the Meeting Room of the Faculty of Agriculture. The event, which began at 9:00 AM, carried the theme “Curriculum Evaluation Based on Permendikbudristek No. 53 of 2023” and featured Prof. Dr. Ir. Siti Herlinda, M.Si., as the keynote speaker. She is a facilitator of the Higher Education Internal Quality Assurance System from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.
The workshop was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Dr. Indra Cahyadinata, S.P., M.Si., who, in his remarks, emphasized the importance of curriculum evaluation and adjustments to ensure that graduates are prepared to compete in a dynamic workforce. Following this, the Head of the Agroecotechnology Study Program, Ir. Eko Suprijono, MP., delivered a speech outlining the goals and expectations of the curriculum evaluation, as well as the vital role of both students and lecturers in the continuous improvement process.











In this workshop, Prof. Siti Herlinda provided an in-depth explanation of Permendikbudristek No. 53 of 2023 and its implications for the structure and learning outcomes of the existing curriculum. An interactive discussion between lecturers and students also took place, addressing various challenges and solutions in implementing the new curriculum.
The event was concluded by the Head of the Department of Crop Cultivation, Prof. Dr. Ir. Reny Herawati, MP., who appreciated the active participation of both lecturers and students. She expressed hope that the results of this workshop would soon be implemented to enhance the quality of education and graduates from the Agroecotechnology Study Program.
