
Internship Preparation Class Successfully Conducted
Agroecotechnology Students Get Ready for Fieldwork Experience
The Agroecotechnology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, The University of Bengkulu, successfully held the Internship Preparation Class on May 26–27, 2025 as part of the Semester Break Internship Program (Periode XVII).
This preparatory session aimed to equip students with the essential knowledge and guidance before beginning their 40-day internship at various companies and institutions related to agricultural production and technology.
🎓 Key topics covered during the session included:
- Internship objectives and expectations
- Guidelines for preparing the Internship Work Plan (KAM)
- Duties and roles of academic and field supervisors
- The importance of maintaining a daily activity logbook
- Professional conduct and communication at the workplace
- Safety, health insurance, and administrative requirements
During this activity, students also received their internship placements and were assigned Academic Supervisors who will monitor and guide their progress throughout the internship period.
