Strengthening Collaboration between Universities and Local MSMEs

The PPM Universitas Bengkulu team began its mentoring program in July 2025, with activities scheduled to continue until November 2025. The initiative aims to build sustainable collaboration and knowledge sharing between the university and local MSMEs, especially in agricultural product innovation and business development.

Diversifying Oyster Mushroom-Based Products

The program focuses on the diversification of oyster mushroom processed products produced by PT Saefis Maharasa. The company, led by Ade Mahaputra, S.E., is well known for its flagship product line, D’Jamur, which includes mushroom chips in popular flavors such as original, balado (spicy chili), barbecue, and extra spicy. Through this collaboration, the University of Bengkulu PPM team introduced innovative mushroom-based products such as oyster mushroom dim sum and oyster mushroom fish cakes, utilizing Bengkulu’s abundant local mushroom resources. The goal is to enhance product variety, support business competitiveness, and promote sustainable oyster mushroom cultivation in the region.
