Introduction to the Production Process and Utilization of Drying-Based Processed Products

Community service activities were carried out at the Pematang Gubernur Village Head’s office on August 26 2023. The topic of the activity was an introduction to the production process and the use of processed products based on drying.

Community service activities are carried out by lecturers from the Department of Agricultural Technology, Bengkulu University, namely Prof. Dr. Ir. Yuwana, M.Sc., Drs. Bosman Sidebang, MP., and Arina Fatharani, STP, M.Sc. This activity was attended by 35 participants.

The activity was opened directly by the Head of Pematang Gubernur Village of Bengkulu City, and immediately continued with the delivery of material regarding the introduction of the production process and utilization of drying-based processed products by Arina Fatharani, STP, M.Sc. After delivering the material, the activity continued with a question and answer session regarding the material that had been presented. The activity closed with a group photo of all participants and committee members.
