
Program Study Marine Science and Program Study Fisheries Science to Host National Seminar SAMUDRA RAFFLESIA I on Blue Economy and Food Security
BENGKULU — The Department of Marine Science and Fisheries Science at Universitas Bengkulu is officially hosting the National Seminar on Marine and Fisheries Research Results (SAMUDRA RAFFLESIA I). Held virtually via Zoom on December 18, 2025, the seminar brings together researchers, academics, students, and practitioners to discuss innovative strategies for sustainable marine and coastal resource management.
Under the central theme “Optimization of Coastal and Marine Ecosystems to Support Indonesia’s Food Security Based on the Blue Economy,” this seminar aims to highlight key scientific insights and technological applications that drive sustainable aquatic production while conserving vital marine environments.
