
Agroecotechnology Lecturers Strengthen Global Collaboration at UNIB International Seminar
Bengkulu, April 2026 — Lecturers from the Agroecotechnology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu (UNIB), actively participated in a Public Lecture and International Journal Workshop held as part of the university’s 44th Dies Natalis celebration.
The event, held under the theme “Developing Modern Organic Practices and AATSEA Certification Systems in Agriculture,” featured distinguished international speakers, Prof. Kasem Soytong and Dr. Jiaojiao Song.
Promoting Innovation in Organic Agriculture
The seminar brought together academics, researchers, and students to discuss recent developments in modern organic agriculture and strategies for publishing in international scientific journals.
Participants gained valuable insights into sustainable agricultural practices and the importance of global certification systems in enhancing agricultural competitiveness.
Active Participation from Agroecotechnology UNIB
The Agroecotechnology Study Program was represented by the Head of the Study Program, Prof. Dr. Ir. Catur Herison, M.Sc., along with lecturers and students. Their presence demonstrated strong institutional engagement in academic development and international collaboration.
