On August 11, 2026, the Doctoral Study Program in Agricultural Sciences (PSDIP) underwent an Internal Quality Audit conducted by auditors from the Institute for Quality Assurance and Learning Development (LPMPP). The audit was carried out by Professor Dwatmadji and Dr. Irma Badarima, who spent the entire day reviewing the academic quality assurance system and key academic aspects of the PSDIP program. During the audit, the auditors carefully examined the documents submitted by PSDIP and evaluated various aspects related to academic quality and accreditation. Particular attention was given to areas that require further improvement and strengthening to support the program’s efforts toward achieving better external accreditation outcomes.

The audit was coordinated by the PSDIP Study Program Coordinator and attended by members of the program’s quality assurance team and home-based professors of PSDIP. Through constructive discussions and a comprehensive review of the program’s academic documentation and practices, the auditors provided valuable comments, recommendations, and suggestions for continuous improvement.  The PSDIP management expressed its sincere appreciation to Professor Dwatmadji and Dr. Irma Badarima for their thorough evaluation and constructive feedback. The recommendations resulting from the audit will serve as an important reference for strengthening the program’s academic quality assurance system and improving its readiness for the upcoming accreditation process.

This Internal Quality Audit represents an important milestone in PSDIP’s continuous quality improvement efforts. It is particularly significant in preparing the program to submit its accreditation application in 2028 to LAMPTIP, the independent accreditation institution for higher education programs in agricultural sciences.  Through systematic internal evaluation and continuous improvement, PSDIP is committed to strengthening the quality of its academic programs and achieving sustainable excellence in agricultural higher education.
