Animal Husbandry Study Program is an undergraduate education program in Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu. This study program has a responsibility in terms of program achievements, named as the quality of graduates. One of the factors that determine the quality of graduates is the quality of service to students. Good service to students will have an impact on the quality of graduates, especially in terms of timeliness of graduation.

One form of service to students is services in terms of filling out the Course Selection Sheet (KRS) and completing the thesis for the final project. Services for these two things must have implementation standards to ensure service quality and student satisfaction as the main stakeholders for the study program. Therefore, service guarantees, and certainty are important factors to ensure the learning process in the Animal Husbandry Study Program takes place properly.

The preparation of service standards for filling KRS and the completion of thesis are carried out to ensure the standard of the process. The Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) that have been prepared include:

  1. Filling in the Course Selection Sheet (KRS) / mengisi KRS.
  2. Submitting a research plan / mengajukan rencana penelitian (praproposal).
  3. Registering for a research proposal seminar / mendaftar seminar proposal penelitian.
  4. Conducting a research proposal seminar / melaksanakan seminar proposal.
  5. Registering for a research results seminar / mendaftar seminar hasil penelitian.
  6. Conducting a seminar on research results / melaksanakan seminar hasil penelitian.
  7. Thesis defense (examination) registration / mendaftar ujian skripsi.
  8. Thesis defense (examination) implementation / melaksanakan ujian skripsi.  

With this SOP, it is hoped that the implementation of the services mentioned above can run effectively and efficiently. Below are listed the SOPs issued by Animal Husbandry Study Program and Gugus Kendali Mutu (Quality Control Group) of the Study Program:
