In order to enliven the 81st Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia, the Department of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu (UNIB) held various competitions and games on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. The activity, which took place at 09.00–11.00 WIB, was attended by lecturers, education staff (tendik), and students of the Department of Agricultural Technology, with an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and togetherness.

Various competitions were prepared to create a lively atmosphere of independence celebration while strengthening family relations within the Department of Agricultural Technology. The activity was filled with cracker eating competitions, smart competitions, ping-pong ball relays, as well as various games and quizzes that tested the agility, precision, creativity, and cohesiveness of the participants.

The enthusiasm of lecturers, staff, and students was seen throughout the activity. Participants from various elements of the Department of Agricultural Technology participated and provided enthusiasm in each competition. The activity which was packaged casually was not only entertainment in enlivening the Indonesian Independence Day, but also an opportunity to strengthen interaction and togetherness between lecturers, education staff, and students.

The excitement was even more felt with door prizes and various prizes for participants and winners of the competition. Various games and quizzes took place in an atmosphere full of joy and still upheld sportsmanship. The involvement of students with lecturers and staff made the series of activities more lively and reflected the spirit of togetherness of the entire big family of the Department of Agricultural Technology.

Through the commemoration of the 81st Indonesian Independence Day, the Department of Agricultural Technology of the University of Bengkulu not only enlivens the momentum of independence, but also makes it a means to strengthen the spirit of togetherness, kinship, cohesiveness, and mutual cooperation. This activity is expected to further strengthen the relationship between the entire extended family of the Department of Agricultural Technology and create a harmonious and positive academic environment.
