
The Lecturer of Forestry Department Secures Community Service Program Funding from Dirjen Diktiristek
Bengkulu, June 1, 2024—The Forestry Department of Universitas Bengkulu (UNIB) proudly announces that Hefri Oktoyoki, S.Hut., M.Si., one of the department’s lecturers, has successfully secured funding for the Community Service Program from Dirjen Diktiristek.
This funded program aims to support the project “Development of a Learning Center for Social Forestry Farmers and Utilization of Digital Marketing: Media Transfer of Knowledge and Technology for the Welfare of Forest Farmers.” The project is designed to improve the welfare of forest farmers by establishing a learning center and utilizing digital marketing as a medium for knowledge and technology transfer.
Hefri Oktoyoki, S.Hut., M.Si., known for his dedication and innovation, has made significant contributions to the development of this program. He hopes that this program will positively impact forest farmers by enhancing their skills and knowledge regarding sustainable social forestry practices and effective digital marketing strategies.
The project includes several key initiatives:
- Development of a Learning Center: This facility will serve as a training and education center for forest farmers to learn sustainable social forestry techniques.
- Utilization of Digital Marketing: The program will provide forest farmers with training on digital marketing, helping them expand their market reach and increase their income through online sales.
