Internal Quality Audit Visitation Activity in Marine Science Study Program

This activity took place on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, in the meeting room of the Marine Science study program. The visitation activity is a continuation of the Internal Quality Audit (IQA) series that has uploaded documents in the form of IQA indicators and conducted direct visitation to confirm the documents provided to the auditors. The visitation was accompanied by three auditors from the University of Bengkulu, namely Dr. Iwan Setiawan, S.Si., M.Sc as the chief auditor, and Oktoviani, S.Farm., Apt., M.Farm, and Riana Versita, S.Farm., Apt., M.Farm as auditor members.

The visitation was opened by Dr. Iwan Setiawan, S.Si., M.Sc who conveyed the purpose and objectives of the IQA visitation in the Marine Science study program, followed by an introduction to the study program by Ir. Zamdial, M.Si as the head of the study program. Lecturers and educational staff from the Marine Science study program also attended this activity. The activity continued with Dr. Iwan Setiawan, S.Si., M.Sc., asking questions and confirming related to the documents uploaded to the IQA system.

The activity proceeded smoothly and warmly. They were occasionally interspersed with discussions and exchanges of ideas between auditors and program management regarding the management of lecturer human resources, collaboration with external parties, and strategies to improve lecturer capacity building through various activities. The visitation was closed with a group photo session and the auditors’ handover of the IQA visitation report to the head of the study program.
