Second Meeting of the English Club: Enhancing Speaking and Listening Skills Through Interactive Activities

The second meeting of the English Club convened on 10 February 2024 at the Marine Science Study Program, commencing at 9:00 AM. The session began with a round of introductions among club members, designed to facilitate the practice of speaking skills. Each member had the opportunity to share a brief introduction, effectively fostering confidence and fluency in spoken English.

Following the introductions, the meeting proceeded with a practical exercise focused on honing listening skills. Members listened to conversations presented in a video format, answering questions based on the content. A lively discussion ensued, allowing participants to reflect on their listening comprehension and discuss any challenges faced during the exercise.

As the session drew to a close at 11:00 AM, an interactive game was conducted to reinforce vocabulary mastery further and provide a fun way to test language proficiency.
