The Marine Science Study Program, University of Bengkulu, proudly congratulates Ria Ramadhani Dafitri (E1I019002) on continuing her academic journey at National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU), Taiwan.

Ria entered the Marine Science Study Program in 2019 and successfully completed her undergraduate studies in 2023. During her time at the University of Bengkulu, she was supervised by Ir. Zamdial, M.Si. and Ayub Sugara, S.Kel., M.Si.

Following her academic journey in marine science, Ria is now pursuing advanced research at the Institute of Marine Biology, National Taiwan Ocean University. Her research focuses on the molecular identification of swimming crabs, contributing to the application of molecular approaches in marine biological research and species identification.

In September 2026, Ria will begin her studies at the Institute of Marine Biology under the supervision of Dr. Chien-Hui Yang.

Her continued academic development at NTOU demonstrates the diverse opportunities available to Marine Science graduates to pursue advanced research and international academic experiences. Her work in marine molecular biology also represents a valuable continuation of the scientific knowledge and skills developed during her studies at the University of Bengkulu.
