As part of the commitment to support local economic development, a team of lecturers from the University of Bengkulu (UNIB) held a community service program entitled “Integrated Marketing Assistance Using Omnichannel Marketing to Increase Product Awareness at KUPS Maju Bersama Tanjung Dalam Village.” The team led by Maulana Insanul Kamil, SP., MP, together with lecturer members Yusran Panca Putra, S.Kom., M.Kom., Hefri Oktoyoki, S.Hut., M.Sc., and Agus Susanto, S.T., M.Kom., and assisted by students from various study programs, provided intensive assistance to KUPS Maju Bersama in optimizing digital marketing.

Tanjung Dalam Village, with coffee agroforestry that has the potential to produce more than 6000 tons of coffee raw materials per year, has great potential to improve the local economy. However, this potential has yet to be fully utilized due to limitations in technology-based business management and branding. KUPS Maju Bersama faces major obstacles in improving branding and marketing, and it still needs to improve its current methods. Therefore, this community service program is designed to help improve the ability of village human resources to utilize digital technology to maximize business potential.

This mentoring uses an omnichannel marketing strategy that integrates various online and offline marketing channels. This strategy aims to create a consistent and comprehensive shopping experience for consumers and expand market reach. With this approach, KUPS Maju Bersama is expected to increase consumer awareness of the coffee products it produces, support increased sales, and drive sustainable local economic growth.

Participants from KUPS Maju Bersama receive special training in digital marketing and omnichannel techniques, including how to utilize social media, e-commerce, and branding strategies to strengthen product presence in the market. This activity also provides technical support and resources so that KUPS Maju Bersama can compete in a wider market. Through this mentoring program, KUPS Maju Bersama can become an example of a micro and medium enterprise that has succeeded in empowering village communities through more professional and technology-based business management.
