Marine Science Lectures Join MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) Workshop

Marine science lectures join Massive Open Online Courses Workshop at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu, on Thursday, 9 November 2023. The speaker mentored this workshop, Dr. Eko Risdianto, M.Cs. from University of Bengkulu. This workshop explained how to use MOOCs as academic online courses so that lectures can use this friendly application. Furthermore, some creative learning courses that can be used include adding a video while explaining the courses and adding some vectors in the courses. Not only can presentation files be uploaded in the MOOCs, but video presentations, student tasks and projects, and quizzes can also uploaded in the MOOCs. Various course types will address students’ learning to understand the courses. This workshop also trains the lecturers on using MOOCs on their personal computers. Lectures hope this workshop can enhance their capability to improve course types and easily use MOOCs as academic online courses.
