Warm Farewell for Marine Science Lecturer Ir. Dede Hartono, M.T. in Tanjung Terdana

The Marine Science Study Program held a farewell and retirement ceremony for Ir. Dede Hartono, M.T., one of its senior lecturers who has made significant contributions to academic development and student mentorship. The event took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere at Mr. Dede’s Garden in Tanjung Terdana on August 6, 2025.

The ceremony was attended by the Head of the Marine Science Study Program, lecturers, and academic staff who expressed their appreciation for his dedication and years of service. On this occasion, the Head of the Study Program presented a token of appreciation to Ir. Dede Hartono, M.T. as a gesture of gratitude and recognition for his contributions to the advancement of the program.

In his remarks, Ir. Dede Hartono, M.T. expressed his gratitude to all members of the academic community who have been part of his professional journey.

“I hope the Marine Science Study Program will continue to grow and produce excellent and high-integrity graduates. I also wish that in the future, the program will develop into a full department and faculty,” he said.

The event concluded with a friendly gathering and photo session amid the serene atmosphere of Tanjung Terdana Garden, Pondok Kubang, Central Bengkulu, creating a memorable and heartfelt closing to his years of service in education.
