FGD on Draft Guidelines for Lecturer Integrity Assessment Held at Universitas Bengkulu

Universitas Bengkulu (UNIB) organized a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the Draft Guidelines for Lecturer Integrity Assessment on Friday, 12 December 2025, at the GLT Building, from 08:00 a.m. until completion.

The FGD aimed to collect input and recommendations from university lecturers to refine the draft guidelines, which are intended as a framework for assessing and promoting lecturer integrity across the university. The discussion emphasized integrity as a fundamental value in fostering academic ethics, professionalism, and institutional accountability.

The event was attended by lecturers from various study programs across UNIB, including representatives from the Marine Science Study Program. Participating lecturers included Nella Tri Agustini, S.Kel., M.Si, Syrifudin Nur, S.Kel., M.Si, and Anggini Fuji Astuti, S.Si., M.Si.

During the discussion, participants provided valuable insights regarding integrity assessment indicators, implementation strategies, and alignment with university policies. The outcomes of the FGD are expected to contribute to the development of a comprehensive guideline that strengthens the integrity and professionalism of lecturers at Universitas Bengkulu. The activity was coordinated by the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs, who expressed gratitude for the active participation and contributions of all attendees.
