The discussion session was highly interactive, with participants actively posing questions about the latest challenges in surveillance, the utilization of satellite technology for monitoring, and the PSDKP’s role in maintaining national maritime sovereignty. Through this academic collaboration with the PSDKP, the University of Bengkulu is committed to producing graduates who not only master marine science and technology but also possess a high awareness of regulatory and legal aspects, thereby preparing them to become agents of change in the sustainable governance of Indonesia’s marine and fishery resources.
