Faperta Holds Management Review Meeting

Faperta held a Management Review Meeting (RTM) to improve the quality of institutional performance. This activity is an annual routine agenda and is a formal evaluation carried out by the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) on implementing the existing quality system. At Faperta UNIB, RTM was held by the faculty management, involving the UPM team, all faculty management, and faculty senators to carry out regular and continuous evaluations of the quality system about quality policies and quality targets. The Dean of Faperta, Prof. DW Ganefianti, officially opened this RTM event. Then, each Head of Study Program presented a summary of the response matrix results from the internal quality analysis (AMI) provided by the UPM team. This activity also evaluates the faculty’s budget expenditure plans (RBA) and the achievement targets for key performance indicators (IKU) that will be achieved this year and next.
