
Pojok Skopus Officially Opened at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu
Bengkulu, April 17, 2025 – The Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Bengkulu has officially launched a new facility called Pojok Skopus as part of its efforts to support the development of creativity, innovation, and academic collaboration. The inauguration ceremony was conducted by the Rector of the University of Bengkulu, Dr. Retno Agustina Ekaputri, S.E., M.Sc., together with the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Dr. Indra Cahyadinata, S.P., M.Si., at the Faculty of Agriculture premises.
Pojok Skopus was designed by the Faculty of Agriculture’s Entrepreneurship Hanggar Team, with a concept that emphasizes comfort, openness, and a relaxed yet productive atmosphere. The facility serves as a space for discussion, idea sharing, and the exchange of innovative thoughts among the academic community. Additionally, visitors can enjoy a variety of coffee selections to help boost their enthusiasm and productivity.
In her remarks, the Rector of the University of Bengkulu expressed her appreciation for the Faculty of Agriculture’s initiative in creating a space that promotes more creative and collaborative academic interactions. “Pojok Skopus is a tangible manifestation of the University of Bengkulu’s commitment to building an innovative and adaptive academic ecosystem,” she stated.
Echoing this sentiment, the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Dr. Indra Cahyadinata, emphasized that Pojok Skopus is expected to serve as a catalyst for the development of new cross-disciplinary ideas and to strengthen a dynamic academic atmosphere on campus.
Pojok Skopus is open to all members of the University of Bengkulu academic community and is expected to become a productive space for various creative activities, research, and entrepreneurial development initiatives.
