Did not Pass UTBK-SNBT? There is Still an Opportunity! Join the Independent Admission Selection at University of Bengkulu 2025

Bengkulu, May 2025 – Universitas Bengkulu proudly reopen pathways for prospective students who have not been admitted through the national UTBK-SNBT 2025 selection. Aspiring candidates are encouraged to apply through the university’s Independent Admission Tracks, namely the SMMPTN Barat Scheme and the JAMAK-UNIB Program (Jalur Mandiri Masuk Kampus Universitas Bengkulu).

1. SMMPTN Barat Admission Scheme

The SMMPTN Barat is a collaborative independent entrance examination administered by 28 state universities (PTNs) across Western Indonesia, including Universitas Bengkulu. Applicants may select study programs offered by any of the participating PTNs, and the examination site can be chosen based on the applicant’s domicile.

2. JAMAK-UNIB Admission Track

The JAMAK-UNIB program is an institutional independent admission route exclusively for Universitas Bengkulu. All selection processes are conducted solely at UNIB and are limited to the university’s study programs. Please note that the Faculty of Medicine (FKIK UNIB) does not open registration via this pathway.

While UNIB JAMAK participants: All study program choices must be at the University of Bengkulu. The implementation is carried out at UNIB and occurs after the announcement of the SMMPTN Barat results—the last opportunity to be a UNIB student. There is no choice of Medical Study Program FKIK UNIB.

• SMMPTN Barat applicants may apply to any of the 28 partner universities and choose examination venues based on geographic convenience.
• JAMAK-UNIB applicants must select only programs offered at Universitas Bengkulu, with all examinations conducted on-site at UNIB. The JAMAK scheme is available after the SMMPTN Barat results are announced and excludes the Medical Study Program (FKIK).
