The award ceremony took place on Tuesday, 1 July 2025, at Balai Semarak Bengkulu, commencing at 8:00 AM and concluding at the scheduled time. The award was personally presented by the Chief of the Bengkulu Regional Police to representatives of Faperta UNIB as a gesture of recognition for their substantial role in fostering collaborative synergies between academia and the police in strengthening national food security.

As stated in the official invitation letter No. B/883/VI/KEP./2025, electronically signed by Police Commissioner Sih Harno, S.H., Head of the Human Resources Bureau (Karo SDM) of Polda Bengkulu, the conferment of this award constitutes part of a series of traditional activities held to mark the 79th Bhayangkara Day, according to the Chief of Police Decree No. Sprin/1373/V/KEP./2025.
