COMMUNITY SERVICE : DIVERSIFICATION OF PROCESSED FISHERY PRODUCTS FROM THE TRANSMIGRATION LOCATION, TIRTA KENCANA VILLAGE, MUKO-MUKO

Tirta Kencana Village, July 10, 2024. The community service team consisting of Firdha Iresta Wardani S.Tr.Pi., M.Si., Nella Tri Agustini S.Kel., M.Si.,and Dian Fita Lestari S.Pd., M.Si does various activities about fishery diversification. The participants are PKK Tirta Kencana Village mothers and Kelompok Tani Abadi. Activities start with fish nutrition and good fish processing methods socialization, then processing the fish catches into meatballs and nuggets. The processed results are the packaged attractively. This Community service are going well, the participants were satisfied. Service Comunnity service activities are expected to provide understanding and expertise about food processing.
