Marine Science Lecturers of Universitas Bengkulu Actively Participate in Online Socialization of Educator Certification Guidelines

Marine Science lecturers from Universitas Bengkulu (UNIB) actively participated in an online socialization session via Zoom regarding the Technical Guidelines for Educator Certification for Lecturers, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia on June 5, 2025.

This socialization refers to the Director General’s Decree Number 53/B/KPT/2025 dated June 4, 2025, which provides technical guidelines related to the implementation of educator certification for lecturers across Indonesian higher education institutions. The event aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the procedures, requirements, and the latest policies to enhance lecturers’ competencies and professionalism.

The Marine Science lecturers at UNIB actively engaged with the material presented by the Ministry’s resource persons and participated in question-and-answer sessions to clarify various technical aspects of educator certification.

This activity reflects Universitas Bengkulu’s commitment to supporting the improvement of lecturer quality through the understanding and application of government-regulated national certification standards.
