The Faculty of Agriculture successfully conducted the “Entrepreneurship Training” event.

Bengkulu, June 1, 2024—The Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Bengkulu successfully conducted the “Entrepreneurship Training” event on Saturday, June 1, 2024. This hybrid event was held in the Dean’s Meeting Room of the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Bengkulu and also via an online platform.

The Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Dr Hesti Pujiwati opened the event and warmly welcomed all participants. In her remarks, he emphasized the importance of developing entrepreneurial skills among students to face challenges in the professional world.

The training was attended by Ir. M. Khairul Amri Rosa, S.T., M.T., the Head of UPT PKM UNIB, as the main speaker. During the training, participants received valuable materials and discussions on entrepreneurship to enhance their skills in the agricultural sector.

Additionally, several lecturers from the Faculty of Agriculture, Hefri Oktoyoki, M.Si., Akbar Abdurahman Mahfudz, M.Sc., Fitri Yuwita, MP., and Shelly Ratna Sari, M.Si., attended the event and supported and motivated the participants.

The training was attended by 28 offline participants present at the venue and 46 online participants who joined via Zoom. The participants consisted of enthusiastic students from the Faculty of Agriculture at UNIB who followed the entire series of activities.

In addition to receiving valuable materials, participants were also awarded special certificates as a mark of their participation in the training. The event, which ran smoothly, was also broadcast live on Faperta TV, making it accessible to a broader audience.

The success of this event represents a positive step in the Faculty of Agriculture of UNIB’s efforts to continuously develop entrepreneurial skills among students, preparing them better to face challenges in the professional world.
