International Student Scholarship for Ph.D Program in Doctor of Agricultural Sciences

Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu offers International Student Scholarship for Ph.D Program in Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, starting from Academic Year 2024/2025. Research areas : (1) Plant breeding, (2) Crop Production, (3) Agricultural Resources, (4) Agricultural Economic, (5) Agribusiness Management, (6) Livestock Production, and (7) Crop Protection.
This scholarship covers :
a. Return ticket from home country.
b. Tuition fees for 6 (six) semesters
c. Monthly stipend for 6 (six) semesters [IDR 2.5M/month]
d. Free in-campus dormitory (if available)
e. Other benefits: possibility to have research support from Professor
f. Scholarship does not include graduation fees (IDR 1 M)

Requirements: Applicants must have Master Degree from accredited university with Master’s GPA ≥ 3.00 (graduated from agricultural or agro-complex sciences), or Master’s GPA ≥ 3.50 or have scientific publications as main author or corresponding author (graduated from related agricultural fields). TOEFL score must be ≥ 500, or equivalent.
For initial selections, interested candidates must submit: (a) brief Curriculum Vitae, (b) copy of Master Diploma and Transcript, (c) Synopsis of Research Plan, and (d) Letter of Recommendation. These documents must be sent to via email pdpsip@unib.ac.id no later than July 15th, 2024. This preliminary evaluation will be conducted by assigned Doctoral Committee. Successful candidates will be further invited to complete other registration forms and be interviewed via Zoom meeting on July 23rd, 2024. Announcement and confirmation for acceptance will be sent via email on July 26th, 2024
