Indonesian women are a potential resource for developing and improving their quality of life and becoming a driving force in aspects of life and national development. This nation will develop if Indonesian women can be empowered, have easy access to participate in society actively and have freedom over their self-control.

Men and women who are and women actually have their respective roles in this life. However, it cannot be denied that women still experience discrimination in access to various things that should not be the case, especially in access to education and work. Therefore, there needs to be an effort that must continue to be made to empower women so that women can actualize themselves in various roles. empowered women are also one of the important factors in the development of civilization.
