MANAGEMENT REVIEW MEETING OF THE FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE, UNIVERSITY OF BENGKULU

ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/2025

The Management Review Meeting of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu (UNIB), was convened on Monday, 21 April 2025, in the Meeting Room of the Faculty’s Deanery. The Academic Affairs Division coordinated this annual strategic forum in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) of the Faculty of Agriculture.

The meeting was attended by key academic and administrative stakeholders, including the Dean and Vice Deans, the Chair and members of the Quality Assurance Unit, the Chair of the Faculty Senate, Heads of Departments, Coordinators of Undergraduate (S1), Master’s (S2), and Doctoral (S3) Study Programs. Additional invitees included coordinators and sub-coordinators of functional units, as well as heads of laboratories within the Faculty of Agriculture.

The meeting was formally inaugurated by the Dean, Dr. Indra Chayadinata, S.P., M.Si., accompanied by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Prof. Heri Dwi Putranto, S.Pt., M.Sc., Ph.D. The MRM agenda comprised a series of presentations delivered by Study Program Coordinators or designated representatives of the Internal Quality Assurance Group (GKM), elaborating on the key findings from the 2024 Internal Quality Audit (AMI), which had been conducted by auditors from the Institute for Learning Development and Quality Assurance (LPMPP) of UNIB.

Each presentation delineated the root causes of the identified issues and the remedial actions undertaken by respective study programs to address and resolve academic challenges. The session was moderated by the Chair of the Faculty Quality Assurance Unit, Dr. Ir. Rustikawati, M.Si.
Dr. Yulian Fauzi, S.Si., M.Si., Chair of LPMPP UNIB, was also in attendance and provided critical insights and strategic guidance regarding the academic issues and corresponding corrective actions presented by the study programs.

The Faculty’s UPM team will compile and synthesise the Management Review Meeting outcomes into a comprehensive Management Review Report. Subsequently, this report will be submitted to the Rector of the University of Bengkulu and will serve as foundational input for the forthcoming University-level Management Review Meeting scheduled for 29 April 2025.
