
The Inauguration of Student Organizations of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Bengkulu, for the 2026 Term Was Successfully Conducted
Bengkulu, Januari 20, 2026-The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Bengkulu, successfully conducted the Inauguration and Official Appointment of the Student Representative Council (DPM), Heads of Student Associations (HIMA), and Heads of Student Activity Units (UKM) for the 2026 term. The event was carried out in a solemn, orderly, and dignified atmosphere, reflecting the spirit of leadership regeneration and institutional continuity.
The ceremony was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Vice Deans, Heads of Departments, Heads of Study Programs, as well as representatives of HIMA and UKM advisors within the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Bengkulu.
The program commenced with an opening session, the singing of the Indonesian national anthem, a prayer, and the formal inauguration procession. The event proceeded smoothly and symbolized the values of academic excellence, leadership, and collective responsibility.
In her keynote address, the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Hesti Pujiwati, expressed her appreciation to the organizing committee and all student representatives for their dedication in ensuring the successful implementation of the event. She emphasized the strategic role of student organizations in fostering leadership skills, character development, and meaningful contributions to both the faculty and the wider community.
The Student Representative Council (DPM) was officially inaugurated directly by Vice Dean III, Dr. Hesti Pujiwati, on the afternoon of January 20, 2026. This inauguration marked an important milestone in strengthening student governance and representative leadership within the Faculty of Agriculture.
Meanwhile, the official inauguration of the Heads of Student Associations (HIMA) and Student Activity Units (UKM) was conducted by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Prof. Suharyanto. In his remarks, he encouraged the newly appointed leaders to carry out their responsibilities with integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of commitment, while continuously promoting innovation, achievement, and organizational excellence.
With the successful completion of this ceremony, the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Bengkulu, has formally entered a new phase of student organizational leadership for the 2026 term. It is expected that the newly inaugurated leadership will strengthen institutional solidarity, enhance student achievements, and uphold the prestige of student organizations within the faculty.
